i know who the anonymous guy who texted edmund is but he hasn't texted me yet.
edmund: as strange as it may sound, i would have preferred the guy to be S**** S***. i guess it's because i would have preferred anonymous to ask me for my number personally rather than through a friend. oh well. i'm still waiting for him..(:
well on a lighter note..
my dad took medical leave from work today cos he was sick. the first thing he would usually do would be to visit the doctor and rest in bed the whole day but uh uh not this time yo. as i was having breakfast, he asked me if i were free to watch the forbidden kingdom in the afternoon with him..i was like what?!?! aren't you like sick dad..oh well. i guess working too much makes you ill and sometimes a good movie helps destress and heal faster. haha.
at about 3 we headed to the cathay to catch the 3.50 movie. OH GOSH!!! the movie was freakhog awesome!!! Seeing 2 legends, Jackie Chan and Jet Li, fighting was amazing. their moves were so sleek and fast and talk about stamina baby. dang! there was a scene where they were fighting for 5 mins..i was awestruck..like seriously. haha. and who knew Michael Angarano could do kung fu. haha. well i had popcorn with caramel sauce and it was some tasty popcorn yo..loads better than golden village.
after the movie, we went to gramaphone to look around. dad bought AVP and AVP2 while i bought fergie's "the dutchess" cd. i know it's kinda old but i just love every single song in the album and of course i love fergie. i think she's one heck of a woman (:
soon after we headed to yishun central to get dinner for tim. then he asked me if i wanted to watch IRON MAN later on at night and i was like..oh daddy daddy..i know it's a public holiday tomorrow but hello!!! hurs. well we decided not to waste money but to watch AVP and AVP2 instead. whooohooooo.

OH GOSH!! Much has happened during the weekend so i shall start with friday night...
25th April
we had rciy as usual and i was part of the teaching team. so the topic was why do we need to pray? so i gave a testimony on how prayer gives us a sense of joy and peace and it's exactly like a conversation with GOD. i had absolutely no idea that this testimony would actually have an impact on people namely melanie and jillyn. jillyn smsed me on friday night after session saying that she is like a mini me cos she loves to play the piano and dance. though she's only sec one, she's already contemplating whether to pursue dance or music so she asked for my advice...so cute right. haha. but what stirred the most in me was mel's post in her blog..this is what she wrote..
YOUTH NIGHT THAT NIGHT WAS VERY TOUCHING! Great job Crist! The touching part was when Nicole talked about her mistake she did in her life after her O's. After her O's, she could actually get into any JC or Poly that she wanted cause she's like damn smart . In her mind, she thought of pursuing her dream of dance but was scared of gettin them injuries and stuff like that. She thought that she could not make it far in dancing, especially in Singapore. So after her O's, she went to Ngee Ann Poly to do Early Childhood. After a year doing that, she realised that eh! this was not her thing la. She really hated doing Early Childhood-not that she didnt like kids or anything but she just thought that it was of no meaning to her. Early this year, she finished up her year 1 in Poly and dropped out. Wise choice cause after that, she auditioned for dance in NAFA ( Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts) -the school of the Arts which I planed to go after my O's. Not NAFA BUT LaSalle for me. So yea, she auditioned for dance in NAFA and had to pay $60 ! even if she didnt get in, she still needed to pay that much for her audition ! then, she had to do 5 solos for 5 different genres in dance and was nervous cause she was competing with non-local people but people from China and India and all! Nervous as she was, it was all good! she made it in and Nicole is gonna start her long journey in dance in a months time so Congratulations to her ! After the session, she came up to me and wanted to talk to me. She told me that as she was speakin about her story to the people, she thought of me. She thought of my passion of dance and how I should not take the long route like what she did. She also told me how God guided her through her tough decision of taking up dance or not. Everything has a reason. I'm gonna dance and Jesus will guide me every step I take and the decisions i make.This mind-cep of actually taking up dance for my career would not have been made possible or clearer if it weren't for Nicole's testimony last night. Now I know what I wanna do.

talked to edmund the entire night on msn which was spastic as usual.
i agree with igy: edmund sim wei lun is the past present and future king of sober. haha.
dude! take it easy with the shot next time. relax man.
26th April
well saturday was a rather slack day..was on the computer till 5pm then i went for sunset mass and the alter servers investiture dinner. CONGRADS to all 'em novices!!! 2 of the boys were so adorable luh..i wanted to go up and pinch their cheeks. AHHHH!!! edmund was the novice coordinator so he had to say some speech thing during mass and instead of pronouncing raphael he said mafia. i was laughing to myself. haha. but other than that he wasn't that bad luh. during the dinner, they had games but it was for the kids so i just talked to rivan, edmund and the occassional manfred cos he was the host of the night. well poor leaders didn't have dinner cos there wasn't enough food but edmund ate with me so they were like wa lao-ing him. heh. but that was nothing..'em idiots thought edmund and i were together -.-
well the evenin ended at 9 and at about 10pm met up with angela after her choir practice and talked all the way till 2 in the morning. haha. totally insane! then angela walked me home (:
27th April
i had ballet as usual which was fun but super exhausting. daddy had to work today so he couldn't send me back..desperate for companionship i smsed bryan, brenda and chelsto hang out with me but nobody was available. then i remember dom loh's grandma passed away so i decided to go for her funeral service. dom's grandma's youngest daughter gave the eulogy and i was so touching..dom's grandma is an AMAZING WOMAN!!!
after that i had to go home cos i was exhausted so i sent my condolences to dom's family. when i got home i cooked my own lunch haha and rested. was talking to bryan, edmund and jillyn and kristyna on msn. it was a fun time until edmund told me that he received anonymous' smses asking for my number and when he asked who they were they didn't reply...haha sound familiar bryan?!?! well bryan and i were talking about blogs..thing is we both wanna have blogs but have no clue on how to decorate it and link people and all that stuff. we need help yall. hurs
Yesterday
I felt melancholic yesterday evening as i'm usually getting ready for church cos we have band practice. but ever since rciy started, it has just been eugene leading and playing the guitar and chels singing. i miss practice and i miss the people too! where are all of you like sampson, rocco, louis, igy, chris, sebas?!?! well i guess it's the exam and assignment period. sighs. we should all have a great jamming session when the hols come. yes? (:
Today
well today was a boring day..played the piano..choreographed a dance and that was about it. i don't know why. i'm just feeling oh so lazy. ROARS. i can't wait for thursday to come then i can finally see my darling project j core team. i'm uber excited for the holy spirit weekend coming up. i bet it's gonna be awesome cos we are awesome..haha i'm kidding. our rciy partipants were initially quite shy and not open but now they are really comfortable with us facils and project j as a group. we're all glad that they feel welcomed..it inspires us to come every friday night and to provide them with the most amazing information they will ever know. GOD loves them! i made new friends outside of my group such as kristyna and jillyn. they are 2 fun girls whom i love to talk to..i hope i can get to know the rest out there soon (:
oh!!! mommy dearest bought me this lovely dress from metro and i was thinking of wearing it for pesach. haha. problem is it'll look a hundred times better with a black high waist belt but i don't have one ): i remember chels wearing one at joseph's party so i asked her to lend it to me but she hasn't replied ): CHELS!!! pretty pleaseeeee...love ya!
