Today was awesome because my mom, bro and i didn't have work so mom decided that all of us should go to town as a treat.
Firstly, we took a cab to
Plaza Singapura and immediately went to the 7th floor aka Golden Village. We bought our tickets to
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in digital which means better sound and visual quality. I was rather surprised as the tickets were the same price as the normal screening. In addition, we only purchased the tickets 3 hours before the movie, in town and yet we had seats 2nd row from the back!!! Whoohoooo!!!
After that we had
delicious laksa and chilli crab toast from Toast Box for lunch. Tim had 2 bowls!! Then we decided to step into
Daiso for 5mins and I found myself a skii hat. YAY!! Mommy bought 180 Christmas presents for her music students and tons of red rugs enough to last a life time for the kitchen!! Next, we headed to
John Little to buy "essential stuff" such as stocking up makeup and other facial products. HAHAHA!!! Tim was not anywhere near us but outside waiting for us girls..naturally!
Anywhoos we were tired and had about half an hour to kill so we decided to have tea at
High Society Cafe. We ordered
iced lemon tea, marble cheese cake and a bowl of hearty curry pumpkin soup. It was nice to have tea in the middle of the shopping centre with the sunlight beating down.
Soon after, we headed for the movie which was awesome!! For those of you who have not caught the movie, you simply have to..it has taken this family novel/movie to a whole new level. I was gripping my chair the whole time because of the level of suspense, action, laughter and tears. I can't wait to watch part 2 and find out the result of the battle because...
neither can live while the other survives...
